I'm curious - what's your favourite way to brew coffee at home?
Coffee is definitely my drug of choice in life.
And I realized today, as I was contemplating whether or not I truly needed to buy a Chemex (I really want one!), that I already own 4 different coffee makers (a Bodum, a Bialetti, a Breville espresso machine and a standard drip machine). Hmmmmm, no addiction here < cough cough >.
But still, I really want that Chemex!
I also LOVE the look of this Le Creuset French press:
And I certainly wouldn't refuse it if someone happened to buy me a sleek and gorgeous
Nespresso machine ;)
I'm also very curious to try the cold-brew method (have you tried it?).
But at the end of the day, I'll always have a special place in my heart for my single cup Bialetti.
I'd love to know, how do you brew?

I love my Chemex. The coffee is so delicious and I love the ritual . It slows me down in the morning.
Love this post! That French press is gorgeous. I might need to upgrade.
We have a Nespresso and it's fantastic!
When I want a really special cup of coffee I always pull out my little Italian espresso maker (it looks just like your Bialetti but is the World Market version) and my Bodum steamer!

I could never master the Bialetti! So I bought a $400 DeLonghi that does everything for me. It's heaven but it's big and bulky. And I couldn't live without it :)Jana @ 333 Days of Hand Lettering
Oopps as far as coffee-I use Trader Joes, Fair Trade Organic :)
So I had given up coffee for a while and just had my first cup again today. I have to say, I don't think I could ever fully give it up, it's just too good. I don't have a good way to brew at home, but I'm saving up for an espresso machine. I have always been curious about using a Bialetti Moka pot though. Seems simple and almost classic I suppose. But you're right, I wouldn't say no to a Nespresso machine!
