I am so excited for this weekend.
Now that we have our health back, we are heading out to the countryside to visit my family.
I love spring weekends in the country... going on long walks with rain boots on, down puddle-soaked gravel roads, looking for those early signs of spring, listening to the robins sing....
And tomorrow we are going to a sugar shack to celebrate the maple syrup harvest.
I cannot wait for all that gluttonous eating of syrup-soaked breakfast foods : )
