We had a wonderful weekend here in Montreal. The little one is almost 3 weeks old now and is starting to actually sleep some of the night... which allows for more active days.
My sister & brother-in-law were up visiting from Princeton, and they spoiled us by cooking us meals, cleaning, and babysitting... and most importantly, helping us pick out our Christmas tree.
We took Zachary out to the farmer's market for the first time. He was a champ and slept through the whole thing.
We picked out a gorgeous 6 foot Fraser fir (it smells amazing!),
we brought it home, cranked up the holiday tunes, made some festive Bailey's coffees, and started setting up the tree.
And then we all settled down for a long winter's nap!

aww that last picture is so perfect. it is always great to celebrate our babies firsts and even more fun when they are more aware of those milestones. The first year your child actually knows it's christmas or their birthday.. makes it so much more special. Enjoy.

aww i have been all sick and stuff and am just getting caught up and had to scroll back to find baby pictures, haha!! i love them, i'm glad to see you are looking so happy - and glad he is sleeping more through the night!!
