This is an absolute essential in any vegetarian kitchen. Goodbye canned beans, I'll be cooking you fresh from now on... and in no time at all!
ps: once you make hummus from freshly cooked chickpeas, you'll never want to use the canned ones again!

I have had my KitchenAid mixer for going on 15 years now. It is the Hermes bag of the kitchen in my opinion!

I have a kitchen aid but can you believe I've never used it? And I seriously am thinking about getting a pressure cooker. Anything that makes cooking easier is the bee's knees to me!
I should really get a kitchen aid!
