Are you stuck in a breakfast rut?

I have a confession to make.
I often skip breakfast.

I know, it's horrible. I'm a doctor. I totally know better.
My husband is always on my case about it. So is my mother.


That's why I love this breakfast chart from eatingrules.com. It's adorable, and smart, and I think I may actually use it!

I might have to try this, I never ever eat breakfast, and if I do I leave it until about 3 hours after I wake up so its more of a brunch/lunch than anything x
