I can't wait to start planting my little balcony garden. It's definitely one of my spring highlights. Above are photos from last spring... by the looks of it, it was a lot warmer last year at this time!
Unfortunately I can't really start any new projects until after my exam... so I'm gathering ideas in my mind for now...
like these herb labels...
and these mini cloud chalkboard labels...
and of course, my favourite, mason jar lanterns...
Ikea has tons of affordable & colourful garden stuff...
I love these solar lights...

Creating a potting station like this makes a lot of sense (and might help avoid the royal dirt disaster I usually create)
And finally, what garden would be complete without a little wind chime?
So easy to make on your own too... out of anything really...

And a little bird house too of course!

okay, enough virtual shopping.... back to studying I go...

I think I'll do an herb garden on my balcony this year :)
ReplyDeleteWe don't have a balcony but we do have a fire escape that we call the porch. Perhaps I'll place a window box out there this year. Good luck with your studies lady!
ReplyDeleteI love this. I have a patio herb and veggie garden. I actually just harvested my first tomato last night and posted it today! So much fun and so rewarding as it helps slow life down a bit. I love your ideas!
