Mike's amazing wild garlic pesto

Yesterday we went for a walk in the Welsh woods, and Mike took us to his secret spot where wild garlic grows. He harvested a bunch and transformed it into this amazing pesto. It tasted unbelievably fresh & delicious!

Then my cousin Eleesha made this wonderful meal of avocado caesar salads, and I went to bed with a very happy stomach! Day 1 in Wales was absolutely blissful.
