There's nothing more refreshing than a homemade smoothie!
There are so many ways to make smoothies, that's what's so great about them.... almost anything goes.
Here's how I make mine: I don't like to used crushed ice... it just dilutes the goodness. Instead I use frozen strawberries (or other frozen fruit). So in a blender, throw in a few handfuls of frozen berries, 1 ripe banana, 2 heaping spoonfuls of yogurt, 1 cup orange juice (or other juice, or soymilk is great too), blend until smooth and enjoy!

I like banana and lassi smoothies best, though. :)
oh I love lassis too... a mango lassi right now would be perfect....mmmmmmm!
